Don’t underestimate the eyeliner! It’s a must for every girl who uses eyeshadows. You can use eyeliner on its own to line the eyes or to act as an eyeshadow as well.

Put on another layer of eyeshadow over your eyeliner to create a more pronounced colour that pops out. Do use similar colours for this case. For example, use a shimmery bright green eyeliner for the base and add a layer of turquoise powder eyeshadow on top of it. Watch and see what results you will get!
