Lining Your Lower Eyelids

Never ever line the bottom of your eyelids with a dark colour without lining the upper lids with a colour of the same shade or darker. Dark colours draw the region closer to their direction, so lining only your bottom lids with black will emphasise on your eye bags or eye circles. Even if you don’t have any, you will end up looking like you do.
