I attended a close-door preview of the Crabtree & Evelyn Christmas 2012 Collection and went home a very excited girl. This year’s collection comprises of so many items, body care and festive food included, that I don’t really know where to begin with! I do have an idea, however, of what I’ll be getting others – and myself – for Christmas. Here’s a look at my picks for this season!
The Crabtree & Evelyn Evelyn Rose Ultimate Luxuries set, S$168.
The Crabtree & Evelyn Evelyn Rose Ultimate Luxuries set (S$168) consists of: Eau de Parfum (50ml), Hand Therapy (100g), Shower Gel (250ml), Body Lotion (250ml) and a compact mirror.
The Deluxe Hand Therapy Sampler (Red), Set of 12, S$70.

Perhaps the most popular item from Crabtree & Evelyn is the Hand Therapy. This year, there are Hand Therapy Sampler Sets and they come in either red or green packaging. There are sets in various sizes – 4, 6, 8 or 12 tubes in each set. For the Deluxe Hand Therapy Sampler (S$70) in red, the twelve scents include: Rosewater, Lavender, Iris, Lily, Evelyn Rose, Wisteria, Himalayan Blue, La Source, India Hicks Island Living, Nantucket Briar, Summer Hill and Gardeners. For the sampler set in green, the scents include: Evelyn Rose, Iris, Lily, Wisteria, Pomegranate, Avocado, Citron, La Source, India Hicks Island Living, Summer Hill, Nantucket Briar and Gardeners.
If you ask me, I prefer the red one over the green because I go weak in the knees for florals.
Chocolate Indulgence, S$58.
Then we move on to food! Oh my goodness. This part actually excited me more than anything else because it’s only during Christmas that Crabtree & Evelyn produces yummy treats for everyone to indulge in around the Christmas tree (and, depending on where you are, with snow falling softly outside the window). The Chocolate Indulgence (S$58) has: Luxury Hot Chocolate (250g), Double Chocolate Chip Biscuits (100g), Mini Marshmallows (50g) and a Stoneware Mug.
Festive Indulgence, S$58.
Festive Indulgence (S$58) consists of: Festive Spiced Ginger Biscuits (165g), 3 X 65mm Baubles filled with Fudge (Christmas Spice, Clotted Cream and Chocolate Fudge).
Strawberry Indulgence, S$28.
If you are a jam-and-biscuits kind of person, or know someone like that, you might want to get your hands on the Strawberry Indulgence (S$28). It consists of: Strawberries & Cream Biscuits (100g) and Strawberry Preserve (227g).
Tea Time Treat, S$40.
Or, if you are a tea-and-biscuits kind of person, you might like Tea Time Treat, S$40. It’s got: English Breakfast Tea (10 sachets), Afternoon Tea (10 sachets), Double Chocolate Chip Biscuits (100g) and Lemon & White Chocolate Biscuits (100g). I’m definitely getting this for the boyfriend’s cousin!
Heritage Biscuit Barrel, S$65.
And my ultimate favourite of all the food items from the Crabtree & Evelyn Festive Food Collection – the Heritage Biscuit Barrel, S$65. Will you look at that tin! I am super tempted to get this just for the beautiful garden-themed illustration and design! The barrel comes packed with: Double Chocolate Chip Biscuits (100g), Lemon & White Chocolate Biscuits (100g), Traditional Shortbread (100g), White Chocolate & Raspberry (100g) and Strawberries & Cream Biscuits (100g).
