Although the weather in March can be a bit chilly in Shanghai, you do get some days when it’s too hot to wear a good coat. That’s where midi skirts or maxi skirts come in. I was absolutely grateful to have this outfit sponsored by Style of Leda, a local online fashion store that caters not only to Singapore, but to the entire world. The lace details on the blouse makes it less boring, while the sleeves do keep one’s arms warm when the wind blows. It fits perfectly with the floral midi skirt, which is a great addition to anyone’s wardrobe for spring.
I do have this obsession with skirts at the moment, especially pouffy midi and maxi skirts. These are lightweight; They highlight your silhouette and are so easy to walk in! Plus, those with bold prints go really well with simple tops in basic colours (or colours that are also present in the skirts).
The location for this shoot was at The PuLi Hotel & Spa in Shanghai, where I adored our room so much that I simply had to do some shots in there. I’ll be reviewing this hotel in my next entry, so keep a look out for it if you’re interested.
But for now, tell me, what do you think of this outfit?
Stay awesome,
Roxanne
