‘Tis the season to be merry, tra la la la la la la la la! And why not sing your way to the shops, because Bobbi Brown has launched their Holiday 2013 Collection! Sales will begin at the very beginning of November, so you can make haste while the wintry sun shines. It’s no secret – Bobbi Brown is one of my favourite makeup brands, mainly because of their very wearable shades that seem to suit just about any skin tone on earth.

 

This year the brand celebrates the holiday season with two different collections, the Bobbi Brown Old Hollywood Collection and the Bobbi Brown Holiday Gift Giving 2013 Collection.

 

The Bobbi Brown Old Hollywood Collection is all about red carpet glam that never grows out of style. With 6 limited edition items and 2 new ones added to the permanent range, you can party in style with shimmery glosses and glittery nails.

 

 

The eyeshadow shades in the Old Hollywood Eye Palette, S$99, include:

1. Ivory
2. Beige
3. Gold Sparkle
4. Opal Sparkle
5. Fog Eye
6. Golden Pink Metallic
7. Chocolate Bronze Sparkle
8. Candlelight Gold Metallic
9. Eclipse

 

The range comes with a dual-ended eyeshadow and eyeliner brush for easy, on-the-go application.

The Twilight Pink Lip & Eye Palette, S$110, contains 10 eyeshadow shades and 4 lip shades. It also comes complete with a mini lip and eyeshadow brush! The eyeshadow shades in this palette are:

I cannot decide which of the two Lip & Eye Palettes I love more. One seems so prefect for day, and the other one seems great for just that – a date night.

That’s all I have! It’s pretty impressive, isn’t it. I do recommend the brushes, especially since I own one of their mini travel sets from a few collections ago, and they’ve lasted well. I’ve got my eye on the Smokey Cool Eye Palette and the Lip & Eye Palettes – Bobbi Brown‘s palettes never fail!
