Thanks to celebrities being snapped wearing their vintage clothes, they’re now on-trend and more popular than ever. But there are a few tips to follow to make sure you stay looking modern and fashionable in your vintage finds.
Firstly, make sure you mix old with new. To avoid looking like you were born in the wrong era, mix vintage clothes with new fashion. This will ensure you look on-trend yet enable you to put an individual twist on your look. There’s nothing worse than being seen in the same outfit as someone else and the great thing about vintage is this is much less likely to happen.
As many trends come and go it’s easy and affordable to pick up vintage pieces that are in fashion. As an alternative to mixing retro pieces with new fashion, try looking for the original version of new trends instead.
