Poll: Plastic Surgery

I’ve sometimes wondered what it would be like if I had plastic surgery. It’s not that I look terrible the way I do now but the thought just bumps into my mind when I least expect it to. Like when I see this:

Just one simple augmentation and now he earns millions. If I had my nose done, maybe I’d be earning millions too. So just a thought: If you could choose to do something about the way you look with plastic surgery (only facial features), what would you pick?
