Suppose you haven’t found something suitable yet, something your significant other would love, something that would make her entire face light up when she unwraps the box you spent hours putting together with sticky tape. Fret not.
In my previous Valentine’s Day Gift Guide for the Clueless Boyfriend/Husband, I picked out some items from Shopbop’s sale rack, which are bound to make most women squeal in delight upon receiving them. If you haven’t made a decision, here’s another one for the woman of your dreams, who has strived – or is still working fervently towards it – for success in the corporate world.
This is the woman who not only inspires you, but also shares part of life’s journey with you. She could be your girlfriend, your fiancée, your wife or the mother of your children. Whatever the case, Valentine’s Day is but just another occasion to show your support for her efforts. Check out these items I’ve picked out for you that could make great gifts.

Some of these items may not arrive in time for Valentine’s Day, especially if you’re located outside of the United States. However, here’s a trick that could save you:
Print one of the vouchers I’ve created above (click on them for a bigger version) and fill in the blanks with the name of whatever it is you’re giving her. Make sure you’ve already made the purchase before writing it down, so that you don’t have to re-do when it’s out of stock, and you can also gauge the date it will arrive in the mailbox.
Make plans for a nice high tea or dinner-for-two. This year, Valentine’s Day falls on a Saturday – if you haven’t already realised – so restaurants are going to be filled. You don’t want to be left with nowhere to go to, especially if this is going to be a first date for you.
Also, it’s always nice to have something already prepared when you meet her on Valentine’s Day itself. Therefore you need to go with at least a bouquet of roses and a card – written in your own sincere words (or something along that line).
That’s all I have for now. If you have any questions, or still need some advice on what to give your partner, do drop me a mail at contact@lacedivory.com and I’ll see what we can do!
All the best,
Roxanne
